It's strange @Vishal_biradar and @KrisH 22 are facing issues with PQ whereas I find the PQ on Binge+ much better and detailed than my TS HD box.
May be b'coz I'm using hdmi 2.1 cable. You can also check in your stb display settings under device preferences whether it's set on lower resolution.

Resolution-> High 2160 UHD
Display-> HDR
All R Done
Problem Is Not Solved
And when Conected TS + DVR STB pq is Awesome feel Like 4k
So
Finally i Suspended That Binge+
Now Happy .
