All boxes from 2010 - 2011 are MP4 supported.

I don't think then TATA(SKY needs to do too much on replacement of MPEG 4 boxes

The next in migration list is Marathi channels but Tatasky has good base of Maharashtrian viewers so they want to make sure that they have ample number of Settop boxes which might have got delayed in shipment. Obviously, TS dont want to loose customer to d2h so causing delay.

Then why there is shortage on MPEG 4 boxes if they provides MPEG 4 boxes from 2011 and why waiting for ample number of setup boxes ?

Actually I brought SD stb in 2011 and it was technicolor mpeg2 . may be technician brought from old lot

Actually many MPEG 2 boxes distributed even in 2012 and after, In my colony one guy bought TATA(SKY connection last year and got MPEG 2 box couple of months ago he replaced his MPEG 2 box with MPG 4 box.
