Discussion Tata Sky Payzapp Payment Issue

Hello guys need some advice on this issue. So here it is:

On 28th I had done recharge of 278 on mytatsky.com using payzapp wallet. The payment was successful in payzapp app but the amount didn't reflect on my Tata sky account. So I called payzapp CC and told about the issue they said that transaction was successful from our side plz contact Tata sky CC, so I did that but Tata CC saying we didn't receive the amount so contact payzapp CC. So guys what to do now? Today is last day of Tata sky account deactivation.

Raise a request from TataSky app for not crediting the amount of online recharge, they will contact you.

That's what TS CC said amount will refund in 7 days
