take picture and upload it to imgur: the simple 404 page

Any body noticed this ?
Today I noticed that whenever I go to a HD channel the pic remains static for a few seconds say 3-5 seconds though the sound starts immediately. Like that for SD Channels the screen remains black for about 5 seconds. Is it common for all?
