Tata Sky - satisfaction?

Good day folks,

It will soon be two years since I've been with Tata Sky/HD. I was wondering how satisfied consumers are, in general... Any grievances, etc.?

Honestly - I don't really watch television - and I keep getting the odd update from my parents who I'd term as the 'consumer' at my end.

All in all, they have been generally satisfied with the quality, etc.

The only 'complaint' I'd probably have is the lack of HD channels on offer. Tennis is probably the only thing I watch and I was disappointed that they did not telecast Wimbledon & US Open in HD (I'm talking about 2011; wasn't in town in 2012)

So... How are you all liking your association with Tata Sky?

PS: We've been on the yearly subscription. All channels + HD.

tata sky always focus on quality over quantity, that is why less channels. higher price because of the quality.

agreed admin, I am personally happy with Tatasky as they have gud quality of hardware and customer support

They have very good PQ of channels and best Customer Care services.

Only the issue is with the numbers of channels.

Otherwise i am pretty satisfied with my Tatasky HD +

Bhai Im expecting to revert back to TS even if they are expensive once they start adding new HD channels
