Checked thru auto brain scanning software, message is reaching properly & there r no virus or malwares detected. Issue was wrong communication traced from opposite system and hence my operating system was trying to counter it. Memory usage was high and machine needs resting period to further resume work. It is asking to divert attention to match hence this mission aborted. Assitaa, Pastaa, Khaata, Isliye Vidaa Baby !

Yeah, Traffic seems to have reduced now so it's up and running. I had a weird issue. After i clicked on submit request as you know you get the 10secs "waiting" on screen and even after the wait it again asked me to wait 10 secs and got this message saying your request is still under process. I thought it was some error. But channels were activated after a minute or so. They're still probably having too many requests. Luckily i activated SS1 before the WC itself and i was just testing to see if my TS app was working fine.

It was down since today morning..there may be some server issue..not because of large number of request..I think their automated system is well enough for handling large no. of requests
 
It happened earlier as well. In IPL, i activated channel on daily basis and never faced this kind of issues. Faced during NZ series.

This time, I have not activated any star pack and found another medium which I felt more profitable to watch regional contents and movies also in HD itself so got out of this issue. But this is happening purely because of huge subscriber base. As an IT guy, it is time for TS to add more servers at least during critical and more demanding time..
 
I called TS customer care to activated SS1, he said it will take around 2 hours to get activated till then keep giving missed call.. Finally after 30-40 mins of struggle... Got activated...
 
I am aware of this issue from TS when there is such special event (especially cricket match) TS app & MyTS.com gets down because of high trafic.
That's why I always add required channel 1 day prior to such important event.

Otherwise myTS.com works flawlessly.👌
