Hello, yea in some channels Tuner 1 & 2 has signal quality 50 or 60 & Tuner 3 signal quality 0 but in some channels  Tuner 1 signal quality 50, tuner 2 signal quality 0 & Tuner 3 signal quality 10.

1. Remote touch pad functions are disabled by software and it will be enabled in future through software update.
2. You need to change to super lnb, normal lnb won't work properly as it has 3 tuners signal gets divided. Ask for a free replacement of your exisiting lnb if they agree good else you have to pay around 800-1200rs for the lnb.
3. Yes, its normal. Since transfer box uses separate tuners for recording and viewing channels.

For Point #2, i am facing similar issue and now TataSky is asking 1000Rs, which i believe is wrong as they should have replaced the LNB during installation of 'Transfer+'. I have emailed them on this and awaiting updated.

Hey Guys :hello , 
I faced strange problem yesterday, since morning all the channels from the English News Addon were unsubscribed. I had chat with customer care & they tried to refresh & asked me to restart the set top box & even Master reset but nothing worked out, atlast made technician to visit my house. They came the same day & found no technical fault accept for they retuned the signals without me requesting them & now I'm getting full 100 signal quality & same signal strength as before which is 80 in two tuners & then 80,80 in one tuner (before it was 60 Strength & 10 or 0 quality in that one tuner)
Technician couldn't solve this channels unsubscribed issue & asked me to call CC again to resolve. I called CC immediately after they left & till now those channels remained unsubscribed. Im waiting for CC Call coz they told to wait 48hrs.
Problem was one & the technician came & fixed signal thing.
Atleast signal are max now, I am happy!

Glad it shorted out. Please ask them to change into Super LNB if it happens again, as rainy days are coming you might face more such issues in future if not changed normal LNB which is not for Transfer box.

You really think Bro it might happen again during rain even though it's perfect now after alignment! I thought signal issue is done now for all season.

Hi, I checked signals during rain on following Channels No. 2031, 2032,100, 99 & You were right signal do go down completely but it's going down for a few minutes on Ch No. 2032 & just little more time on Ch No. 2031, 100 that too only during heavy rains, also sometimes before heavy rain going to happen other than that it's normal. One more thing ch 99 is always on even during heavy rains most of the time, when I check its signal only Tuner 1's signal strength is 80, quality 0 & rest 2 Tuners 0,0 on this Ch No. 99.
So is that normal or still I need get a Super LNB.
