The other day Danush starrer, a flop flick, “Mariyan” is in the news because the film is getting dubbed into Telugu with same title. Say it creativity or lack of new title ideas, the film is getting dubbed with same title, which Telugu movie lovers will not be liking. Another film is also following the same pattern now.
Much hyped Tamil film, Vijay and Mohan Lal starrer “Jilla”, whose remake news created sensation in Tollywood citing that Pawan-Charan or Balayya-NTR will feature in the remake. With none showing interesting, finally this film is releasing in Telugu through dubbing. Surprising is that the film will be named as “Jilla” in Telugu also. Though meanings are different, producers feel that the title is apt

Kamal dubs himself for Telugu version of Uttama Villain

After raking up enough controversies, Kamal Haasan starrer Uttama Villain is ready to hit the screens on May 1st. He will be seen in the roles of a Theyyam artist and a superstar. Directed by Ramesh Aravind, the Telugu rights have been brought by notable producer C.Kalyan.
Sources confirmed that Kamal Haasan has dubbed in his own voice for the Telugu version.Unhappy with the first output, he has dubbed twice and wrapped up the proceedings for this much awaited flick. Earlier, noted playback singers SP Balasubramanyam and Mano have been the default dubbing artists for the Telugu versions of his flicks.
Pooja Kumar and Andrea Jeremiah are the female leads in this flick which also has Sekhar Kapoor and Rahul Bose playing important roles. Gibhran is the music director for this flick.

The name of Mani Sharma rings countless melodies in our mind. He is like an everest. Though he lost his craze after the arrival of the likes of Devi Sri and Thaman, still his music has such tremendous value. You cant just ignore it.
Speaking about his musical debut, Mani’s son Sagar Mahathi says that crossing his father in terms of music is impossible. “My father is an everest in music and beating him is impossible. I don’t want to achieve something bigger than him, but don't want to destroy his name”, said Sagar.
Talking about the his debut music with “Jadoogadu”, he shared these views. We have to see if Sagar Mahathi proves his mettle and goes on to become a stunning composer or not.

Balayya’s Lion release date confirmed

Nandamuri Bala Krishna’s ‘Lion’ has been creating positive hype ever since it was announced. Initially, the film was slated for a May 1st release, but as there is a delay in the film’s post production, the release date has been pushed ahead.
As per the latest reports, the makers have decided to release the film on May 8th. A short while ago, this news was officially confirmed by the production team.
Trisha and Radhika Apte are paired opposite Balakrishna and the music for the movie is scored by Manisharma. Touted to be an out-and-out action entertainer, this film is directed by debutante Satyadev and produced by Rudrapati Ramana Rao under SLV Cinema.

Manchu Lakshmi’s Dongata release date postponed

Few days back, we had reported that Lakshmi Manchu’s forthcoming film ‘Dongata’ will hit the screens on May 1st. But, now it seems the film’s release date has been pushed ahead.
According to the latest reports, the reason behind the delay is to avoid a clash with big budget flicks, and the makers also need some time to promote the film in a bigger way.
Touted to be a kidnap drama, this film was directed by Vamsi Krishna. The film features Adivi Sesh in the lead role and Rana will be seen playing an important cameo. Raghu Kunche is the music director.
