Seeking Help This set up box needs to be paired

In my pg room, there's a TS connection. I'm not getting tv for the past 2 days because of this error:

I told my pg owner to look into it but he hasn't. So I believe I need to look. Plus a few other rooms too have the same issue
 
Usually after installing, the technician calls someone (IDK) and registers or pairs the STB & Card.
Hence contact customer care or from where you have purchased connection or done installation.

It was working for Last 3 months properly. Only since 2 days it's showing like this
 
IndiaN suggestion should help. Do heavy refresh. Keep your box on and call on below given numbers from RMN.

Tata Sky Light Refresh - 8089280892
 
If RMN unavailable contact TS give them subscriber ID and describe the problem they can perform heavy refresh from their end.
