IMO, all HD entertainment and sports channels will continue to be priced 19 and will not be available in bouquets. But SD channels price may be reduced and included in bouquets for broader reach

Subscription costs will get all the money to maintain the channels and people who are addicted to HD will definitely subscribe it they wont go back to SD for sure. HD channels do not get much advertisements anyways.

May be nothing to shed more on production. HD channels need 4x bandwidth than that of SD. To carry them broadcasters need to invest much on transponders.

NCF is for that reason only. You point is valid only if NCF is made zero. Anyway i didn't ask to make price equal to SD. 2-3rs extra price is more than enough. If you could share bandwidth cost for SD and HD. What is ratio of bandwith cost to total cost of production. All these factors donot justify excessive high price. For NCF, HD=2 SD. You can't charge twice for same cause... Once for Ncf and other for channel price
