Why this much complication made on channel selection and dth.

In 2019 RIOs were signed for 1st Feb - 31th Jan 2020 period. Whatever amendments

RIO amendments didn't affect expiry date of 31st jan as given in original RIO?

RIO amendments can be directly introduced similar to promotional offer instead of needing to sign the revised RIO.

I haven't read the entire 100 page+ Tariff Order and Interconnection Regualtions yet but didn't come across it in the gist of the new order. Highly unlikely it has been implemented.

Can you tell source of RIO agreement expiry date being 31st jan 2020.

If you analyse 14.3 from previous RIO from sony, we can conclude that most probably new RIO wont come into effect on 1st feb.
1. 60 days notice condition not fulfilled by 1st feb as RIO announced in jan itself. So existing RIO must be valid till march atleast.
2. Scroll on channels15 days before expiry of RIO, if new RIO is not signed. Till now we hv no info if any DPO signed new RIO, scroll must appear by 16th jan if RIO expiring on 31st jan.
