Star which fight against trai started promotions first.Zee,sony etc also started. But only silence from Sun channels and Sun direct.If they aren't happy have to join Star earlier.

1st Feb 2019 is the last date of migration. That means 29th Deecember 2018 to 31st January is the window to migrate all the consumers to the new tariff by the operators. This does not mean the migration will start after January 2019.

Not postponed, they gave time till Feb 1st for the DPOs to ensure there's minimal interruption during the migration!

It is postponed for customers who can not be reached by DTH due to some reason or cable operators who have to visit house to house and get package forms option filled and activated as it is huge task and can not be done in a day or two,but targets are 30% customers with in 1 week new package should be activated,so ther is no delay only little time for activation to avoid complete balckout
