Yesterday Delhi High Court took up Tatasky's appeal and according to some online sources Tatasky demanded network capacity fee should not be capped at Rs.130/-. I tried to check Delhi HC website but yesterday's reports in not available. According to them next hearing is on 19 December.

I feel title of this thread should be 'bad news' TRAI wins the tariff order case against Star in Supreme Court. As it is not going to benefit customers. Only going to benefit broadcasters majorly and operators as always. Not sure what is good in this for customers
