First You need to select your required channels. After saving your selection, system will add ncf based on number of channels you selected like a electricity calculation.
First 100, 130 RS,
Next 25, 20 RS like this will add with your channels total price.
Finally will add GST.
If you select HD channel means one HD channel treated as 2 channel count.
What is need to declare each SD channel rate Rs19,10 or 5 by broadcaster when it costs just Rs1 for Each SD and Rs2 for each HD channel bro as per your calculations

Dishtv updated all channels new ala carte prices in single pdf document. Its available in mera apna pack section.
https://www.dishtv.in/Pages/Packs/add-a-channel.aspx
In this pdf, some channels are priced at Rs 0. Like star utsav, star utsav movies.... Although these channels are priced at Rs 1 in star network ala carte document. Reason behind this may be due to that these channels are available via DDFD feed to dish tv

That is Network capacity fee is extra based on number of channels you selected.
If you select 90 channels for 200 then ncf 130 will add, so 330+GST 55=385 total.

Ok it is network capacity fee that means if you choose 50 HD channels or 100 SD channels you need to pay MRP price of those channels plus Thier network fee of Rs130 then adding these two plus GST
