From earlier order it is clear that they want that 15% rule to be enforced on broadcasters as said in last order. @Anish Pai bro here is what you wanted to know

Learned counsel for the respondent has raised a preliminary objection with respect to maintainability of this Appeal on the ground that the petitioner as an Appellant, has not come against any direction, decision or order of the Authority, rather it has approached this Tribunal for seeking enforcement of Regulations and tariff order of the respondent and particularly certain clauses thereof

So For 100 channels (PAY)- NCF say Rs 75 (Max Rs 130)
And opt for the following broadcaster packs

Broadcaster A HD pack (14 channels) - Rs 85
Broadcaster B HD pack (28 channels) - Rs 85
Broadcaster C HD pack (25 channels) - Rs 50
Broadcaster D HD pack (17 channels ) - Rs 90
Broadcaster E SD pack (4 channels) - Rs 10

Total comes to Rs 320 for 88 channels + say NCF Rs 75

Grand total Rs 395

Brother please calculate the same thing in current tariff add-on ,a-la-carte , then tell me which is high, tell me fast as you can

Currently no one knows what is the actual price of chs, DPO set chs price on their own so chs price varies from one DPO to other so you cannot calculate it.

NCF calculation is wrong here. Total HD chs is 84 and SD is 4. So total effective SD chs will be 84x2+4 = 172. Out of this 172 SD NCF of first 100 SD will cost Rs 75 as you said. So still NCF of 72 SD chs will be required. so you need to subscribe 3 extra NCF addon.

So total NCF will be 75 + 15x3 (Lets say Rs 15 is the cost of NCF for 25 extra chs) = 75+45 = rs 120
So total monthly cost will be 320+120 = Rs 440. tax extra

It will be 320 for 88 channels + min NCF say 75 + extra NCF (for 2*84+4-100=72 channels) excl GST
