Value prime free HD channel

Hi,

I am having Value Prime pack and now noticed there are lot of HD channels which I can view even though not subscribed to any HD channel/Pack.
Wonder if it is new addition to the pack or just a promo period for HD channels.
Can anyone please let me know if all these HD channels are running on promo period.
