It would be better if u expect shutdown of Colors Odia. I guess 90% people of Odisha is not going to add this channel from next month as it has no original contents, only bengali shows dubbed in odia.

Life plus is just for license and not sure weather it is GEC but 100% for NE .
These information i got from my brother who works at network 18
