I just noticed that the Roll off value of the TP 11164 V alone is 0.20 whereas the remaining TP are having the value 0.35. Can someone explain what could be the effect of this different Roll off value?

Don't know exactly, but currently there are 3 roll off figures,
20%, 25% & 35%,
The lower roll off means more channels on Tp.
