Videocon D2H changed the symbol rate of 3 TPs

I just noticed that the Roll off value of the TP 11164 V alone is 0.20 whereas the remaining TP are having the value 0.35. Can someone explain what could be the effect of this different Roll off value?

D2H roughly gains about 3Mbps of bandwidth per TP with the SR change. Which boils down to about 1 SD channel per TP = 8 SD channels or 1 - 2 HD channels.

Will try to compute the actual free space left on the 10 tps.
