When dd add 97 channels. ?

Any information about increase channels to 97 because now octobers 17 days over but up to no news about 97 channels , dd told that in october channels will be added , so plz any one mail them about chan. Expansion , i mail them but no reply , so any one get reply from their previous mail , then MAIL THEM. Thanks
