Whether all MPEG 2 boxes will be changed by TS without any cost in future

TS customer care told me in maharashtra TS MPEG 2 box will be replaced by paying Rs. 500. Is there any chance in future that we get old box replaced with MPGE 4 box free of cost.

its free of cost with one month warranty....normally customer care people asking Rs.500/- for replacement...its for One year warranty....if you want it free...then ask to customer care i want free stb with one month warranty........ then you will be get it...i already got it free of cost from chhattisgarh........

Guys i am from maharashtra and i got my mpeg4 stb at start i.e. On 18 july without any charge then where is cost.

For me also they asked rs500 initially, but then told Tamil channel not working, so they changed free.
