Which DTH to buy (Suite for Kerala)

Hi team,
Thank you for reading this post. I'm a Sun Direct customer from last last 3 years - 2.5 SD and 6 months :hd 
I know sun direct serving only less number of channels in malayalam and others. But I was fully happy when I used SD service with Cinema Sports Plus package. When I migrated to  :hd  downgraded to value pack. Now am paying Rs. 325/- per month. Listing my available channel below. When I read DDTH forums of tatasky and d2h, I think will get more channels or services (Useful channels) for Rs. 325/-

* Useful available channels:- 

1. All malayalam SD channels
2. Basic Tamil SD channels and Colors SD
3. HD: Sun TV, KTV, Sun Music, Animal Planet, NGC, Disc, SSHD 1&2, SIX HD, Ten HD1, Star Plus
4. I don't need Above HD Telugu and sports channels 365 days. There is no reasonable customization in Sun Direct.

* What I'm expecting from Other DTH?

1. All malayalam SD and :hd  channels (Asianet HD and MM HD)
2. Tamil channels: Sun TV HD, Ktv HD, Sun Music HD
3. Customizable channel numbers - Checking forums and website: All DTH have 900/1000 above channel numbers for Malayalam. This is little bit confusing for my parents because now they using 200-229 range in Sun Direct.
4. I will be happy if I get all SD & HD malayalam and above listed tamil for less than Rs. 250/-
5. I don't really need all sports HD channels for 365 days. I will buy add-on of required

Friends, Can you please suggest a provider and package for me? It would be great if it is less than Rs. 250/- 
What about 99rs pack? Confused with tatasky packages  :huh

Please correct me if am wrong.

If your budget is only 250/- for SD & HD channels , forget Tata Sky ...

Rs. 250/- Is not a limit. I just mean I will be happy if get it for 250 range. Am ready to pay around Rs. 325/350 maximum. Now paying Rs. 325 for Sun Direct. The only -ve side for me in Sun is they missed my Malayalam HD channels. 

I have created a plan based on the information collected from TS website. Can you please suggest me it will works well? because if TS has a tendency to change shuffle channels regularly and price hike,  I will be in trouble. 

While checking TS website, there is a package called My 99 Pack. It offers around 24 Malayalam SD channels. except major channels like Surya, Asianet, Kiran and Surya Music.

• Suppose If I choosse My 99 Pack, must subscribe to atleast one paid Add-On pack. So Choosing Music (Rs. 50/-)
• Now monthly 99+50=Rs. 149/-
• Adding missed Regional channels individually: Surya Music (5) + Surya TV (11) + Kiran TV(16) + Asianet(12)
• 149+5+11+16+12=Rs. 193. Now I got all malayalam channels.
• Adding HD access fee for malayalam HD channels - 193 + 85 = 278/-

Now getting all my daily usage channels including HD for Rs. 278/- I think may need to pay Rs. 40 for Asianet and Mazhavil Manorama, then Total amount becomes Rs. 306/-

Similarly If I choose Dhoom pack worth Rs. 215/- will get 1 FREE Regional Pack(Choosing Malayalam). Got all malayalam SD + Rs. 85/- HD accessing fee.
Total Rs. 300/-

Do you think this will work?

Not mandatory Saj 007.  I think If I choose South special will get two regional add-on. So I can choose both Malayalam and Tamil. but am not sure about the HD access fee is same for South Special/My 99/ Dhoom pack.

Merging not completed right? then how can I trust. It will better to keep my Sun Direct instance of moving Dish TV. Even they don't have Malayalam HD channels now. better hope sun direct will add soon
