Why Dish-TruHD not scan vediocon d2h hd channels

i have an experience with st2... same as you.... my solid hd s2 2100 was not able to detect 2 fta hd channels on st2 : d2h 3d channel and d2h hd music but openbox s10 hd pvr was able to detect, same problem was faced by another member of our forum.
May be because 2100 was not able to detect channels of high symbol rates close 45000 ksps we faced it, i think same for dish tru hd box, may be its not able to support hd channels with high SR's.... d2h hd channels have high sr's as compared to dish tv hd channels....
what i am answering is based on a practical experience, there may be other reasons behind it, which i am not aware of currently..
I will discuss with other experts about the issue, thanks for bringing the issue in forum ....

I also have tried it but cant seem to find any solution to scan for HD channels

Since then sold my old box and got a TruHD+ will try the same with it later.
