why Only 25hd channels in multi connection?

Today i called airtel cc for multi connection. they said for individual connection i will be getting 33hd channels but for multi connection i wud be getting only 25hd channels. :angry . Why is that so.? Shouln't i be getting 33hd channel?  :wall

What Pack you have in Main connection?

Yes u should be getting all 40 hd not 33 hd (pack's been upgraded..) in second connection if it's an add-on paid top up..

But in base packs the channels remain same in all
connections..

Reason with them again & get it done....

yes bro got it done. :clap Now they say if  my first connection is less than 6 months old then there will be 25 :hd channels. But if connection is more than 6 months old then there will be 33hd channels..

I really don't know much about their 6 month policies but on site its given that new multiple box connection SD:- 490/- & HD:- 690/- is for >6 months customers.. So u have to pay acc to ur age with airtel..

which are the 8 channels not available though?
