Now SUN DTH is worst for all customers. Very less Tamil, Malayalam channels. North channels also very very less. Missing lot of important channels. It is said that SUN DIRECT is for South peoples. But Now it is waste service for south also.
Very less Tamil channels POLIMER TV, SIRIPPOLI, PUTHIYA THALAMURAI, ANGEL TV, SRI SANKARA, DISCOVEREY CHANNEL TAMIL, J MOVIE.
Also popular Malayalam channels like MATHRUBHUMI NEWS, KAPPA TV, REPORTER TV,JEEVAN TV etc popular south channels are missing. SUN ACTION, SURYA ACTION, CHIRITHIRA such Services are waste. No radio channels. Dths like Tata Sky, Airtel etc are trying to add more channels and improve their services but SD side no such things. SUN DIRECT is now waste for South and north customers. Earlier it was good for south customers.
other dth added jeevan tv,kappa tv,mathrubhumi news etc but sundirect not added these channels.
Now .sundirect is no1 waste dth in kerala.
TATA SKY is the Best dth for kerala customers now.

I really dont know why you people are so sceptic about SUN DIRECT ? :angry Where is Surya Music in any other DTH ? Airtel does not even provide DD Channels in full screen. Where is DD -Bangla on Airtel ? D2H shifts DD Channels and other to small active mode from time to time. Does any other DTH provide exclusive comedy service Chirithira ? Where is Chintu TV Kids Educational Channel on any other DTH ? Any other DTH in West Bengal provide 11 Bangla Channels @ RS 190 p.m. only ???????

Every other DTH adds Language Feeds as separate Channels. So please dont ask this stupid question that why do you count language feed ? Its highly irritating. :lol
Where IS NE TV on DISH TV ? DD -Odia not available on D2H. Small screen channels are quite strenous for eyes.

Star Utsav is no more having Bengali feed as far as I know.

Chirithira will not be there in any other dth unless it is turning into a regular channel instead of a service channel.

Other points I agree. But 11 channels are there by counting audio feed. If you are counting channels in other dth by counting audio feeds it will be more than 11 for sure if I am correct.

You guys remember or not. Tamil comedy channel Aditya was previously available as a service channel of sun direct in the name of comedy thirai. Later sun network launched it as a regular channel Aditya TV and offered to all the DTH.

Same is the case for Chirithira. Chiri means comedy. Thira means thirai. Chirithira=comedy thirai. Old name of Aditya. So sun need to change it to a regular channel to avail it on other dth.

Reg chintu tv, now Kochu TV started available in other dth. Soon we can expect chintu tv as well. Even their another south comedy channel can be in other dth. But sun network needs to provide the channels to them.

why u targeting airtel and d2h for their active screen channels?
They have many channels which not in Ur Sun Direct

Have u looked at their Count of SD and HD channels?
