Will SCV add any new channels in analog or digital??

are the list of channels which are newly added to SCV digital.
all of these channels are available only in a la carte mode and not on any pack

looks like scv has all got most of the channels currently available in india except for the tamil channels

This morning i happpened to see a new channel which was encrypted and called star premiere and was later removed. can anyone confirm?
