Hi, I just checked Satbeams and saw that JCSaT 3a / Laosat@128e beam does not reach my area or even Delhi so may not be able to catch it with Dish TV antenna. SatBeams - Satellite Coverage Maps - Sat Footprint COMS 1 (Chollian) / JCSat 3A (JCSat 10) / JCSat RA (JCSat 12) / LAOSat 1 Perhaps a bigger dish is needed.
