Direct to Home (DTH) operator Dish TV has restarted providing technical support in Green and Orange zones, according to a tweet by the company. The resumption started a week after d2h installers restarted operations in Green and Orange zones.

According to a tweet from Dish TV India, the wait is over as Dish TV installers are ready to step out to serve Dish TV customers. The company seems to have pressed its technical and support team in Green and Orange zones from 15th May.

Dish TV customers can give a call on 1800-258-3474 for new connection, installation & technical services. Dish TV technical support team will service their request.

To recall, Dish TV had earlier on its website stated, “We will be unable to serve you Immediately, due to the nationwide lockdown mandated by the Government of India. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will get in touch with you once the lockdown is over.”

Dish TV owned d2h had earlier on 6th May announced that its installers were back in action in Green and Orange zones. The installers will be equipped with PPEs to ensure utmost safety and hygiene.
