Dish TV introduces ‘Dishkiyaon Diwali Offer’ to provide new connections for free
It can be availed via offline Dish TV dealers only and you have to opt for a package above Rs 250 per month price.

A few weeks ago DreamDTH reported that Tata Sky is offering new connections for free if a customer does a long term recharge. Now, Dish TV has also brought a similar offer named ‘Dishkiyaon Diwali Offer’ to attract new customers under which it will offer instant 100% cashback.
The offer is applicable on both SD and HD set-top boxes and the price is inclusive of installation charges. Cashback will be credited instantly to the user’s Dish TV account after STB activation. However, it can be availed via offline Dish TV dealers only and you have to opt for a package above Rs 250 per month price.

Under this offer, interested customers have to buy their SD/HD connection for Rs 3,000 and pay this amount in advance. After installation and activation, this Rs 3,000 will be credited to their Dish TV account. In addition to this, if the user already has an outdoor unit (consisting of antenna, LNB and dish cables) he will get an extra Rs 300 cashback. SD customers will get additional one year warranty.
Dish TV has also launched 2 special packs- Welcome HD and Welcome Pack at Rs 250 only for this offer and won’t be available to other customers. These packs have all FTA channels and the 4 mainline GEC channels in HD and SD respectively- Zee TV, Star Plus, Colors, SET. Apart from this, it also includes Kids Channels like Cartoon Network, Pogo, Discovery Kids and Infotainment channels Discovery, Animal Planet.Â
After the implementation of TRAI tariff order, Dish TV has been losing subscribers and slipped from the first position to third in terms of subscriber base. Such offers will help the company in retaining their customers and stabilize the subscriber base as most users won’t switch their active connection that has balance in account.
