Eurosport HD onboards Dish TV & D2H

Discovery Communications India’s (DCI) Eurosport HD has expanded its presence across Direct to Home (DTH) platforms onboarding Dish TV and D2H earlier this week. Eurosport HD is now available on all pay DTH platforms having onboarded Sun Direct, Airtel Digital TV, and Tata Sky earlier this year after its relaunch.

Eurosport HD is now available on Dish TV channel number 629 and on D2H channel number 932. Eurosport HD is currently available at an a-la-carte rate of Rs 6 per month and not part of any existing Discovery bouquets.

Discovery had earlier this year relaunched DSPORT HD on 17th February 2020 which onboarded Sun Direct in the following weeks in March. Discovery in mid-March rebranded its sports channel DSPORT and DSPORT HD to Eurosport and Eurosport HD on 18th March 2020.

Tata Sky followed suit and added the channel in April followed by Airtel Digital TV adding on the channel 7 days after Airtel added it. Discovery has now ensured that its High Definition sports channel Eurosport HD is available across all pay DTH platforms onboarding Dish TV and D2H.
