India’s leading Direct to Home (DTH) operator Tata Sky on Wednesday announced free access to Tata Sky Fitness for its customers to help India remain fit under the lockdown.
Tata Sky MD & CEO Harit Nagpal announced the move on Twitter. Harit Nagpal tweeted, “Tata Sky Fitness is free for a month to help India stay fit during the lockdown. Tune to Channel 110 on Tata Sky.”
India’s Minister of State for Youth Affairs & Sports (Independent Charge) and Minister of State for Minority Affairs Kiren Rijiju also tweeted promoting the DTH operator’s move. Kiren Rijiju tweeted, “Tata Sky Fitness is free for a month to help India stay fit. Tune to Channel 110. As we stay home in a 21-day lockdown, we must engage our family to stay healthy and fit. Fit India fights Corona even when staying at home.”
Tata Sky Fitness offers the opportunity to exercise under the expert guidance of trainers to your favourite Bollywood stars like Alia, Katrina, Hrithik, Shahid, and Kareena, in the comfort of your home. The service is available in both Hindi and English.
It also offers women’s special tips, fitness for senior citizen, nutrition advice, celeb fitness secrets, and interactive sessions and health tools such as calories counter and a weight tracker. The service is available on channel number 110 on Tata Sky.
