Please anyone help yesterday I upgraded my d2h flexi pack to south super pack. It is working fine but can’t add any free add on. How to activate add on through website or mobile? I send several email to d2h but no reply yet?

videocon CC is the worst customer care i have ever seen . i sent them emails last week and now only im getting replys . useless . i think they became lazy after getting merged with dish tv :p:p
and also customer care hotline has one language only , no english :LOL:
 
any d2h retention offer for deactivated stb more than 12 months ....? :unsure:
if anyone have info. about it, plz share ....
