Shemaroo Entertainment’s recently launched recently launched Free To Air Hindi General Entertainment Channel Shemaroo TV has within a month of its launch ensured its presence across major DTH platforms bar Sun Direct. Airtel Digital TV on Wednesday added Shemaroo TV onboard its DTH platform.
Airtel Digital TV now carries Shemaroo TV at LCN 143. The addition came yesterday along with the addition of Santavani TV at LCN 697. The latter is a devotional channel downlinking from GSAT 30. Both are free to air channels.
Shemaroo TV is now available on Airtel Digital TV, Dish TV, D2h, Tata Sky and DD Free Dish placing it in a good position to grow quickly. Shemaroo is looking at a FTA market which is currently dominated by Dangal TV which has become India’s No.1 channel.
Shemaroo TV is also available on NXT Digital, In Digital, Digiana, JPR Networks and other major cable platforms. The channel had earlier a live simulcast on its Facebook page. One can also view the channel on Shemaroo’s OTT platform ShemarooMe.
