Star Utsav Movies, Sony Wah, and Filmachi return to DD Free Dish
The trio have landed MPEG-2 slots in the recently concluded 50th online DD Free Dish E-Auction that was held today by India’s public broadcaster Prasar Bharati.
Popular Hindi Movie channels from Star India and Sony Pictures Network India stable Star Utsav Movies and Sony Wah are marking their return to DD Free Dish along with IN10 Media’s Bhojpuri Movie channel Filmachi. The trio have landed MPEG-2 slots in the recently concluded 50th online DD Free Dish E-Auction that was held today by India’s public broadcaster Prasar Bharati.
Prasar Bharati has declared the list of successful channels of 50th E-Auction that was held today. The channels will be onboarding DD Free Dish on a pro-rata basis from 29th December 2020 upto 31st March 2021.
Star Utsav Movies and Sony Wah part of Bucket A will pay around Rs 3.51 crore each while Filamchi will pay up around Rs 3.17 crore for the placement of their channels on DD Free Dish DTH platform a period of 4 months
