Tata Sky Smart Upgrade offer giving Binge+ box for free to existing customers

After raising prices for new SD and HD connections, Tata Sky on Thursday launched Smart Upgrade offer for its existing subscribers under which on recharging with Rs 6,000 or more users will get an upgrade to Binge+ connection at no extra cost.

All existing customers having SD, HD or HD+ connection with more than Rs 500 monthly pack subscriptions are eligible for this offer. After upgrading and activation of new box, the user is free to modify his package without any restriction.

To get a free upgrade, the recharge of more than Rs 6,000 must be done online through the Tata Sky website or mobile app in one go. While recharging with the eligible amount this offer banner will be displayed on screen and it should be claimed by clicking on ‘Get This Offer’ button.

With this upgrade, the users will also get a free 1 month Amazon Prime membership and premium subscription to Tata Sky Binge plan that includes 12 OTT apps. This offer is live from December 16th, 2021 and as of now, the company has not announced the last date to avail it.

They are trying hard to push the Binge + STB.

They need to collaborate with Vi to offer telecom, fiber and DTH combo. I know Vi has got You broadband. But it's available in selected area just like Tata Sky's broadband. They both can help each other when Airtel and Jio are bundling telecom with DTH and Broadband.
