Direct to Home (DTH) operator Tata Sky’s WhatsApp service which was initially available in the English language only is now available in two languages Hindi and English. The addition of the Hindi language took place last week with the Hindi language now available on Tata Sky’s Whatsapp service since Friday.
Tata Sky customers can press 2 to select Hindi as the preferred language on Tata Sky’s Whatsapp service. Tata Sky customers can check their packs, channels, bill, recharge, get technical support, view their account and profile, buy new connections or upgrade their existing set-top box among other things.
In other news, Tata Sky has revised the price of two long duration packs effective 11th September. The price of Annual Hindi Value New on HD and SD Zapper connections. The Annual Hindi Value New is available for new acquisitions on the platform.
Tata Sky has revised Annual Hindi Value New on SD Zapper has been revised from Rs 2599 to Rs 2799 while that of Annual Hindi Value New on HD Zapper has been revised from Rs 2799 to Rs 2999.
