Seeking Help Channels missing in Airtel Internet TV after service update

My internet TV box shows only 136 channels. Other channels not available after todays service update.. Any prob in my box? CC says some software is expected n 1 or 2 hours from all Internet box..
Anyone facing issue..

Yes same with me. Many channels missing.
 
This morning when I switched on the box, a service list updated. After that on signal message was there.
After multiple times of restart signal was back but many channels missing from the platform.
 
They are updating EPG prices that why the issue occurred.
 
I did a troubleshoot with Airtel CC Guidance
It worked

Step 1 : Go to Home then Settings then Apps and clear Airtel TV app data

Step 2 : Power off the STB direcly by switching main source off.

Next Switch ON all the channels will be back.
