Why anyone at Airtel cc not picking the phone from yesterday?

I did try 2am and 7am they picked up the phone.

Airtel is playing a joke nowadays. Not adding NCF on monthly charges, first activating alacarte and not bouquets,then bouquets and no alacarte, not picking up calls. Call to CC says not a valid no. Too much fun going on

I can contact cc. When I call from Airtel SIM then switched off and from other operator it's working fine.

I think they are not ised to these many requests. Usually we used to change from one plan to another which was easy one. But with every channel and bouquet selection, their work has become tedious.

We can't demand everything accurate on old 'my airtel' app. New version doesn't say anything on subscribed top ups. So problem is solved.

75 free nd 25 paid bt i think only free channel comes in 153 nd all paid channel comes extra paid. so where is 25 paid channel which is included in 153 rupees
