I got call from airtel today n informed that i'll be getting software update anytime soon,how much time it takes to sent the new update?

60 hours passed,still no software update,I was being told will get update in 48-72 hours

77 hours passed,Airtel guy came and took the box to the service centre to update it there.

Received the update this morning. Biggest addition is the Alexa integration. Airtel guys have really done well with the new UI.
It's clean & beautiful. Software of remote also updated. Will soon share the images of new UI.
