Good News Sony Marathi Launching On 19 August

Too many confusing days of broadcast. Some Monday to Saturday, some Monday and Tuesday, some Wednesday and Thursday, and then Wednesday to Saturday. Not a good strategy for a new channel.

Zee Marathi has a similar way of broadcasting.
Also, isnt it better to have less days of broadcasting? Less dragging

Wouldn't it be confusing to remember the days, unlike our Hindi and English gecs, where it's only Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sunday?

In Bangla (S.J. especially) it is even easier. Monday to Sunday.

Audience needs to learn in India.. shows that are not 5/6/7 days a week wont drag! God our audience cant change

The total opposite is Star Jalsha. All the shows are from Monday to Sunday. Also, there are no non-fiction shows.

I appreciate Sony Marathi's decision not to air all the shows on all the days. Even in Hindi, SET is the only Hindi channel to air some reality shows from Mon.-Tue. and others from Wed.-Fri. On other GECs weekdays are only for serials (except Sabse Smart Kaun).

Mon-Tue didn't work out, they had to change, and by the looks of it Wed-Fri isn't working either. Hopefully KBC launch will set things right for 3 months for the channel
