Sundirect has got very poor customer care.
They have no idea about TRAI order at all, and no information about "choose your channel" on the website.
When asked about recharge, they are saying that we can recharge and continue with same channels/packs even after February 1.
New HD STB has got problem within 1 month of buying new connection. CC has no clue about how to correct the problem and not even sending technician.
Got angry with dishtv CC after 10+ years of using it. Got angry with Sundirect CC within 10 days of using it.
