Week 26 of BARC Ratings saw no change in movement in Top 5 channels in multiple regional genres namely Odia, Odia News, Assamese, Assamese News, Marathi, Marathi News, and Bangla. MH One and 9X Tashan entered Top 5 ratings in Punjabi genre at the expense of Maha Punjabi and DD Punjabi remained the main highlight among regional genres while few another movements happened.
In Punjabi genre, PTC Punjabi retained its leadership at 58880 (000s) impressions, while Pitaara TV and Zee Punjabi retained their positions at 2nd and 3rd. MH One and 9X Tashan entered the Top 5 at 4th and 5th displacing Maha Punjabi and DD Punjabi out of the Top 5.
In Bangla News genre, ABP Ananda maintained its leadership with 57932 (000s) impressions while Zee 24 Ghanta and Calcutta News retained their places. Kolkata TV and News18 Bengal exchanged their positioning with News18 Bengal at 5th and Kolkata TV at 4th position.
In Bangla genre, Star Jalsha retained its leadership with 281327 (000s) impressions. Zee Bangla, Jalsha Movies, Colors Bangla, and Sony Aath retained their respective positions.
In Bhojpuri genre, Bhojpuri Cinema continued to lead with 39695 (000s) impressions while B4U Bhojpuri dropped to 3rd making way for Zee Biskope at 2nd position. Big Ganga and Bhojpuri Dhamaka DISHUM held onto their positions at 4th and 5th.
In Gujarati genre, Colors Gujarati Cinema maintained its leadership with 25864 (000s) impressions with Zee 24 Kalak, Sandesh News maintaining their positions. TV9 Gujarati and ABP Asmita exchanged their positions with ABP Asmita at 2nd and TV9 Gujarati at 3rd.
In Marathi genre, Zee Talkies retained its leadership with 179821 (000s) impressions while Zee Marathi, Star Pravah, Shemaroo Marathibana, and Fakt Marathi held onto their respective positions.
In Marathi News genre, ABP Majha retained its leadership with 71149 (000s) impressions while Saam TV, TV9 Marathi, Zee 24 Taas, and News18 Lokmat held onto their respective positions.
In Odia genre, Tarang retained its leadership with 145400 (000s) impressions. Zee Sarthak, Alankar, Colors Oriya, and Prarthana retained their respective positions.
In the Odia News genre, OTV mainted its leadership with 66300 impressions while Kanak News, Kalinga TV, News18 Odia, and Zee Odisha retained their positions.
In Assamese genre, Rang maintained its leadership at 30592 (000s) impressions with Rengoni, Ramdhenu, Jonack, and DD North East retaining their respective positions.
In Assamese News genre, News Live maintained its leadership at 29266 (000s) impressions with DY 365, and Prag News retaining their respective positions. Protidin Time, and News18 Assam exchanged their positions with News18 Assam at 4th and Protidin Time at 5th.
