Discussion Problem in Activating Airtel Xstream Box(hybrid,v4)

Today, when my new airtel xstream box(hybrid,v4) was being activated.
We faced a problem that when it was time to tell the welcome code to the airtel executive on call, i did not even receive the welcome code and call from the airtel executive. We even tried it with two different mobile no, but the situation remained same.
So, my box was not activated toady.

I just wanted to know if i am the only one who is facing this problem or is it common.

And if anybody has faced this problem or knows the solution, please share.

At first, i was not able to find any dealer with the hybrid box. But later found one, he only had the xstream 4 ar box. So i bought it for 2800(box only) with 3600 cashback.

He himself was activating yesterday, but it didn't happen. Today my box got activated.
