The message is funny as if they are producing content for all channels...I don't know where investment is going but still could not bring mtv Beats hd after 8 years and software team could not bring dedicated lcn..how can someone call this richer viewing experience

Content Offering means channel and services provided by the operator....already explained reason for delay of MTV Beats HD and favorite LCN issue so won't repeat that....Airtel Digital TV has improved its services on various fronts so investment is going there + add the inflation cost

Recently TRAI removes NCF limits, so it's going to sky high soon in the name of investment by Airtel and TP.

Not in the name of investment but they have actually put in lot of resources and made infrastructural additions which come at a cost.... Please stop criticising Airtel for each and everything they do, it seems u totally anti airtel when u make such comments on a regular basis

Sure, but to which operator? Only Sun Direct is the option for less NCF but it provides lower number of ROI channels and even many South Indian HD channels r missing on their platform.

Airtel Digital TV provides best in class product quality,features, maximum channels and great transmission quality + good aftersales services hence at present overall they r the best option in the market

He is playing to enroll under Airtel Black DTH combo plans wherein NCF has not been increased for DPO Bouquets .... I am still paying 0 NCF while for some regional DPO packs it is just Rs. 15 or 20 while if one opts for MYOP then NCF has been increased from Rs. 76 to 91 gor primary connection while for secondary connection it remains same..... Also the base pack price though mentioned Rs. 350, there too discount is given and only Rs. 323 is charged for the same + one gets 350 Rs. worth channels free and Rs. 125 additional discount in Rs. 699 combo DTH plan and host of other benefits be it Free OTT subscription + free visit etc

Airtel NCF slowly goes to Rs.200, TRAI should decrease DPO's margin from pay channels to 10% from 20%, otherwise all pay tv broadcasters will not provide proper fresh content like OTTs.

when they are charging NCF , carriage fee, advertising on EPG, fee for EPG placement, fee from broadcasters for keeping their channels in curative packs, ideally they should not get margins on channel prices from broadcasters.
