Breaking Airtel DTH has increased Lock In Period For A-La-carte to 30 days

What's your take on the 30 Days lock in period?

For me adtv not remove my added a la carte topup automatically by them and also now no schedule lock in removal date showing on my activated top-up looks like after one moth stipulated period over a la karte charged on the basis of dbr instead of upfront 30 days charge

U must have forgotten scheduling removal of the said channel while in 30 day lock in period. I had scheduled removal of 2 channels and both got automatically dropped from my account after 30 day period

I am talking about this channel

I tried to remove on 23rd March not happen
I waited for 26th so adtv automatically remove this channel but alas adtv not remove this channel automatically

Yes now giving options of remove also date not showing but channel is still on my package

You must have earlier forgotten pressing "remove" option this automatic channel removal would not have been scheduled is what i can make out from this. Had u done so then channel would have been dropped automatically yesterday itself

But channel still stayed as removal day was 26th.

So as per you said what i get is
If i or anyone add a topup
Ex 27th March his removal date will be 26th april and that person need to be remove through app / call on 26th april then adtv tech team remove that channel on next day

If my above assumption is right then adtv doing wrong they sould give us massege on our registered mobile on 26th April or 25th april as a reminder of removal a la karte channel date

Bro you did something wrong. You asked for justice and good customer satisfaction from lootel.

No. If you have scheduled removing the channel anytime during lock in period then channel gets automatically dropped from account on 31st day. As i have said i scheduled 2 channels for removal and same were dropped on its own post end of 30 day lock in period, same happened with @Arun Nehra bro and he had shared his experience where u had even commented on it.
Maybe due to some technical glitch in ur account channel did not get dropped from ur account or u did not schedule removal of the said channel and instead did so for some other channel

Hahaha! There is no wrongdoing.Automatic Drop Facility for the channel is available and functional. If due to some technical glitch it does not happen then it does not mean that company is indulging in some unethical business practice.

Also the kind of terms u r using against airtel for no valid reason in a public forum may also become a reason for company to take notice of it and opt for legal recourse on the same as such statements malign brand image. So i request u to not make such insubstantial comments which are not based on facts 🙏

Buddy i just shared an advice which i even apply on myself. It is always a good thing to make responsible & balanced statements in a public forum rather than venting out anger/ frustration over something using words or derogatory statements when same is not true.

Use of words like "looters" has a very wrong meaning attached to it and u r using it for no valid reason with reference to above issue
