Customer can opt for upto 5 additional SD* channels with your Airtel packs (base pack) without paying any additional NCF charges. Only the channel/ bouquet price will be applicable for consumers.

So, airtel is providing 146 channels in complimentary basis.

Every time you change your base pack (adding or removing channel) the ncf charge hikes and it includes the free fta channels. Then you need to select your base pack again to rectify this ncf glitch.
It pretty annoying. Airtel need to rectify this technical error ASAP.

Arsh bro, please create a new thread for letting us know Free Channels being provided by airtel in ROI / South Complimentary Combo pack.

Also the above benefit of 5 additional SD channels without extra NCF being charged is applicable only for airtel bundle packs or we can avail the same on customized plans created by us ?

Lastly have u received formal communication about Multi TV charges policy decided by airtel under new framework?
