@Anup Tiwari bros have your problem resolved regarding adding hd bouquets and hd alcarte channels, bros are you able to add sd channels or sd bouquets via app or selfcare.

@Anup Tiwari bro, as you have activated value sports hd pack Rs 495 does it includes n.c.f, the total amount of pack is Rs 495 or more, bro can we can alcarte sd or hd channels along with value sports hd pack.

I'm also activated to Sony sports+ English hd bouquet , so can see this bouquet and respective channel

Its so simple. I have changed packs of two connections today morning.
Yes, can add broadcaster packs, sd packs, hd packs and alacarte. Nd u can add all at once.

Go with broadcaster packs and alacarte rather than airtel bundle.

I have done channel selection on 31st January through Selfcare . After than I am unable to add or find any hd bouquet.

bro option not working in neither selfcare nor app, few other members also getting same issue.

first remove all packs (broadcater and alacarte).
Wait for 10-15 min. Then change base pack.
Either select airtel bundle or create my own pack. You can see all the airtel bundle packs, alacarte packs and broadcaster packs.
This is how i have done today.

bro I havent created any pack till now, when I click on change plan then create own plan then broadcaster I can see only sd bouquets only not hd bouquets and same in alcarte no hd alcarte channels available only sd available that's the problem.

That's what am saying. The two connections, which i changed today morning the packs were automatically activated by airtel. One with a monthly rental of 3500 an sd connection with all hd bouqets activated. another one was of a monthly rental of 2900. They migrate you to the nearest pack and add all bouqets automatically.
remove all alacarte and bouqets which are automatically activated. Wait for 10-15 min. Then goto change basepack. Create my own pack.
