How many channels in total u have selected for viewing? Guess u must currently under 151 to 175 count slab ( Each HD channel is counted as 2 SD for calculation purpose) . Am i right? If my calculation is right then i have the answer to ur IDV query. Awaiting reply

I have total of 146 channels subscribed Value Sports HD Pack + Some Ala Carte
Out of these 146, SD = 116 and HD = 30

I checked today morning and they have stopped deducting IDV Price as I rasied a complaint for the same, they are charging me Rs.200 as NCF

They just rounded up bro nothing wrong

Previously it should be 153+ idv 46=199(200)

Now 200 NCF alone just for system calculation

Actually , it's a consumer feedback to put all NCF in 1 structure instead of NCF+idv .. so they may done like that

But still I felt chance is if appropriate HD channel have SD feed means it counted as 2 else only HD feed means it'll 1 count ex) star movies select HD the particular channel count is 1 I saw in Adtv database

If u select more than 100 channels ie) 101 channels means u have to pay 23(with GST) NCF for next 25 channels ie) 125 channels

It goes every 25 channels u added after 100 channel count

@Gobinaath bro even I have made selection of 119 channels hd + sd , but it's showing 100 channels but ncf charging is 176 not sure why it's showing 100?
