Only 3 extra applications (Hotstar, Mx Player and File explorer) have been installed by me.
Rest every app is pre installed.

So I don't think this is a RAM issue.

If you are saying there's no error with your device, then why is there with my device.
AND how to solve this problem?

Played and there's no error. You need to probably deregister all your existing devices on Amazon account and then try again.

When I click on the cast option, it takes very long time, but still video doesn't get played.

I can feel your pain.
It's really disgusting that only some users are facing the problem. And no one from the customer care support of amazon or airtel knows the exact issue.
