Amazon prime video customer care representative said that they are having some issues with airtel xstream smart box. But if others are not facing any problem, then why am I facing this problem?

It takes too much time, but is stuck only on the loading screen. The video never gets casted.
Is ur prime video working fine on xstream box?

My account is correct. I have the membership.
I have done all troubleshooting steps.

I was also purchased new xtream box on 2 days before. The same error found in Prime video app.
But I was tried one method , uninstall updates for prime videos app and open the app and system ask to register the app , after registration all videos are opened smoothly, but it was working at that time only , if we logout or swithoff , then it was not working. If repeated the same method again it was working.
